Here is a group of White Ibis birds that I happened to come across one morning while vacationing in Orlando, Florida. The white plumage and pink facial skin of adult American white ibises are distinctive. In non-breeding condition the long downcurved bill and long legs are bright red-orange. During the first ten days of the breeding season, the skin darkens to a deep pink on the bill and an almost purple-tinted red on the legs. It then fades to a paler pink, and the tip of the bill becomes blackish.
If you would like a copy of this American White Ibis bird or have it printed on to something special, then please click on the image which will take you to my ordering site. It would like great on a tote bag, t-shirt or even a cellphone case! Thanks for looking and hope you liked it!
