I came across this beautiful red and yellow variegated tulip one sunny afternoon and captured this lovely photo of it. I love of the red bleeds into the yellow and the edges of the petals have a feathered effect.

Iron Cross Bollard on Church Hill
This is a close up view of the iron cross bollard on the top of Church Hill located along the Poet's Walk in Clevedon, Somerset, England. What looks like a cross is actually an iron bollard from the 1930s originally marked the top of the zigzag path (then fenced) and prevented grazing cattle from wandering onto the pathway. You can see the Clevedon Pier and Wales in the background.

Framed View on Church Hill of Clevedon Pier
This is a beautiful and peaceful view from the top of Church Hill that is on the Poet's Walk in Clevedon, Somerset, England. I love how the gorgeous view is framed by the green grass, trees and shrubs! What looks like an iron cross is actually an iron bollard from the 1930's. In the distance you can see the lovely Victorian Clevedon Pier and in the distance Wales. There is a bench on the left for you to sit for a while to admire the gorgeous and inspiring view.

The Clevedon Pier and the Severn Suspension Bridge
This photo actually has a lot going on in it! You can see the famous Clevedon Pier, but you also see England's coast on the right and in the far back you will see Wales as well as the Severn Suspension Bridge which connects England to Wales. There is also a lovely sailboat floating in the background, as well.

Sun Setting Over the Bristol Channel
This was a lovely view of the sun setting over the Bristol Channel (Severn Estuary) off the shore of Clevedon, Somerset, England. It was a beautiful site to see and the water was quite qualm. You can actually see some people walking along the deck of the Clevedon Pier taking in the gorgeous sun set too. I like the effect of the tall grasses in the photo, too.

Daffodils in Bloom
I saw this charming row of blooming Daffodils along a walled garden path in Clevedon, Somerset, England. Daffodils are also known as Narcissusand and they are a flowering perennial spring bulb. Narcissus has conspicuous flowers with six petal-like tepals surmounted by a cup- or trumpet-shaped corona.

The Carved Reredos at St. Andrew's Church in Clevedon, England
One of the finest features of St. Andrew's Church is the carved screen behind the Altar Table, called a Reredos. It shows the risen Christ sharing bread and wine with two friends from Emmaus. It is quite a stunning sight to see in person with all the beautiful carved details and gilded surface.

St. Andrew's Church in Clevedon, Engand
This is the charming St. Andrew's Church located in Clevedon, Somerset, England. Parts of the original 12th-century church remains with 14th- and 15th-century additions. It is on a hill overlooking the Bristol Channel and has been designated as a Grade I listed building. The church was built on Anglo-Saxon foundations. It is the burial place of Arthur Hallam, subject of the poem In Memoriam A.H.H. by his friend Alfred, Lord Tennyson. The exterior of the church includes a carving which may be a Sheela na gig. The Anglican parish of Clevedon is part of the Portishead deanery. St Andrew's was used in 2014 to depict the Broadchurch Parish Church and burying ground in the second series of the popular police drama Broadchurch.

Inverted Colors of Stained Glass Flowers
This is a beautiful old leaded stained glass window in Christ Church that is located in Clevedon, Somerset, England. I inverted the colors of the original image and it now looks like hand painted delft porcelain! Love how different it turned out! The church was built between 1838 and 1839 by Richard Charles Hussey and Thomas Rickman and revised by George Phillips Manners and John Elkington Gill in the 1850s. It is a Grade II listed building. George Weare Braikenridge donated medieval and Renaissance Continental stained glass from his own personal collection to the church.
