Sunset in St. Thomas

This was my view one lovely evening in St. Thomas's port of Charlotte Amalie. St. Thomas is one of the Virgin Islands in the Caribbean Sea and, together with St. John and Water Island, forms a county and constituent district of the United States Virgin Islands (USVI), an unincorporated territory of the United States. Located on the island is the territorial capital and port of Charlotte Amalie. Watching the sunset here was such a beautiful site to see. Very calm and tranquil as well as inspiring. Walk On The Beach

This picture was taken on the beach in Rye, New Hampshire near Concord Point. It was a cold winter day and the North Atlantic Ocean was calm this particular day as you can see in the photo. It was quite a lovely and peaceful view to soak in just as my quote implies..."A walk on the beach soothes the soul."

A Home in My Heart

One day while walking through a nearby park on a lovely sunny fall day, I looked up to admire the leaves that were changing colors as they always do at this time of the year when I noticed the heart shape opening in the leaves. I adored how it came out and had to add this charming little quote in the middle of this heart made by Mother Nature: "I built you a home in my heart."

Under The Same Moon

This is such a cool picture I took of the full Blood Moon that appeared September 27, 2015. I thought this quote went beautifully with my photo: "We are never too far from each other because we are all under the same moon." On April 15, 2014, there was a total lunar eclipse which was the first of four consecutive total eclipses in a series, known as a tetrad; a second one took place on October 8, 2014, the third one on April 4, 2015 and the remaining one took place on September 27, 2015. It is one of eight tetrads to take place during the 21st century AD. As with most lunar eclipses, the moon appeared red during the April 15 2014 eclipse. The red color is caused by Rayleigh scattering of sunlight through the Earth's atmosphere, the same effect that causes sunsets to appear red.
